Known for its fascinating Mormon history, in Nauvoo you can tour the homestead of prophet Joseph Smith and see the Brigham Young Home, view the awesome Nauvoo Temple (a replica of the 1800s original) and sample vintages at Baxter’s Vineyards & Winery, the oldest in Illinois.
