Taverna 750 is the best of old school Italian with a contemporary flair. Proprietor Paul D. Cannella is bringing back his Grandfather Paul J. Loverde's and Uncle Chuckie Abruzzini's classic Italian recipes from his restaurant on Grand Avenue in the 50's. All of Taverna 750's entrees are small plates, meant for sharing at the table. For small plates, the portions are generous and their prices are very affordable so you can share several items at one sitting. Kopi A Traveler's Cafe

This comfortable cafe sells coffee in bulk and is a quiet respite for a light lunch. Jalan Jalan, a boutique in the back of the cafe, is crammed with travel books, artwork, textiles, gifts and jewelry from around the world. In the very front of the cafe is an elevated area where patrons remove their shoes to lounge among the pillows that furnish the floor. To complete the intercontinental atmosphere, clocks on the wall keep the current time in various countries.
