Indian Trails Resort

Indian Trails Resort, near the Mississippi River just outside of Moline, Illinois, is family oriented and has a year round activities director to organize events. A 30 acre wilderness area provides a safe area for children to explore and a great place to hike and camp. Deer and other wildlife may be sighted on occasion. Horseshoe Lake and some nearby dams provide spots for good bass, crappie, walleye, and channel catfish fishing. As with all our resorts Indian Trails offers members camping services and cabins for nightly rental. There is a snack bar on site also.

It has one queen bed and 2 bunk beds with a full on bottom and twin on top Rent a canoe or kayak and relax on historic Hennepin Canal. Bring you own bicycle or simply walk to enjoy the recreational trail along the Hennepin Canal. The town of Geneseo has great Victorian homes with welcoming porches. In additional to the RV camp sites, there are 12 tent sites available. Internet services on site.

Access to the main channel is easy if you want to cruise the river. Only five miles up the river is Lower Sabula Lake which offers a great new sand beach. There is a public boat launch only a quarter mile from the house and a dock is provided to moor your boat at the house. If you do not have a boat, you can fish off the dock or the bank.
