The Peoria Area Civic Chorale consists of central Illinois' finest vocal musicians and provides professional quality performances twice yearly.
Members of the Chorale are united by their passion for choral music excellence, and are devoted to bringing glorious choral music to the Peoria area via public performance and community outreach. The Chorale enables singers to improve their musicianship, and to be an integral and active member in the cultural life of the Peoria area. They are the preferred collaborator of the Heartland and Peoria Symphony Orchestras for choral-orchestral works such as Carmina Burana, Faure's Requiem, and Beethoven's Ninth. Their annual An American Family Christmas production is consistently one of the Five Points Washington Theater’s top holiday box office draw.
