23rd Annual Potawatomi Trails Pow Wow
The Potawatomi Trails Pow-Wow is the only event of its kind in this area. This celebration of the Native-American heritage heightens the awareness of the history, traditions and customs of the heritage. Specific activities include demonstrations, music and dance presentations, educational sessions and a trader area.

Off Square Music - Open Mic Nights
Off Square Music is an organization of volunteers who wish to share the folk music art with others in many different ways. We invite the public to be a part of the experience during Open Mic Nights on the second and fourth Fridays of every month* beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Stage Left Café in the Historic Woodstock Square. *Open Mic Nights will be held on the first and third Friday in August.
McHenry County Fair
The McHenry County Fair is a 68 year tradition held in Woodstock, Illinois. At the fair you can see 4-H, Open, and Junior Open livestock and non-livestock shows, educational displays revolving around conservation and agriculture, various vendors from different businesses and organizations across the county, a carnival, and a variety of ground and grandstand entertainment. It is an event for families to come to create summertime memories that last a lifetime.

Northern Illinois Airshow - Wings Over Waukegan
The Annual Waukegan Air Show, Wings Over Waukegan, is a great time for the whole family.
