2015 Christkindl Holiday Festival
Come to downtown Barrington for the annual Christkindl Festival. Whose Live Anyway is 90 minutes of hilarious improvised comedy and song all based on audience suggestions. Ryan Stiles, Greg Proops, Jeff B. Davis and Joel Murray, (Yes, one of the Murray brothers), leave their audiences gasping with the very witty scenes they invent before your eyes. Everyone is amazed at how quickly they make it up and crowds of all ages are astounded. Chaplin: A Life in Concert

In this marvelously theatrical play, a widowed farmer is raising his son Buddy during the Great Depression. Buddy almost drowned as a child and is still terrified of water, even though he’s blessed with the ability to divine its location. When a disillusioned preacher, C.C. Showers, comes to the farm seeking employment, a unique bond develops between the troubled but gifted Buddy and a man who represents salvation to the beleaguered townspeople. C.C. devotes himself to helping Buddy and his efforts precipitate a startling chain of events.
