Taste of Westmont
Visit Westmont in July for the award-winning Taste of Westmont summer festival. A four-day weekend full of fun for the whole family. Thursday is Kidzapalooza featuring carnival specials, Irving stage, battle of the bands, car show and more. More carnival specials all weekend, plus craft show, kids activities, face painting, beer tent, and of course, grab a “taste” at our local restaurant food booths. Midwest Wizard of Oz Fest
The Midwest Wizard of Oz Festival has been a long standing tradition began in 1982 when Wizard of Oz store owner, Jean Nelson, came up with the idea to create an Oz-themed festival. Since then it has grown to be one of the biggest festivals in the nation that produced crowds of about 30,000 people each year.
Family fun for all ages! Manteno goes all out for this annual fest that features live music, games, crafts, food vendors and a lighted parade. The whole town joins in with city wide garage sales, contests, a 5K run and fabulous fall decorations throughout.
Lynwood annual fest is for all to enjoy. It features food vendors, beer tent, kids games and a spectacular fireworks display. 3PM-2AM.
Lansing Autumn Festival
The annual three-day Lansing Autumn Fest returns for its 5th year. Located at the corner of Ridge and Henry streets in downtown Lansing by the Clock Tower and at Fox Pointe.
