Put on by Decatur’s Juvae Jazz Society, this annual celebration of all types of jazz (in it's 42nd year) is held at the Decatur Conference Center & Hotel. Hundreds of folks come from all around the Midwest to spend the weekend partying, dancing, parading and listening to great jazz musicians with their friends. Book early as the festival fills up fast! The three day, multiple venue festival features world class musicians under one roof. Includes lots of events such as New Orleans style Umbrella Parade, Pianorama, Banjorama, Late Night Jam Session, and Sunday Jazz Brunch. Bands plus special guest performers from East and West Coast and points in between play your favorite music style - Chicago, New Orleans, Swing, Ragtime and Boogie Woogie Piano.
