Spring Equinox Sunrise Observance at Reconstructed Woodhenge
Meet at the reconstructed Woodhenge to hear an explanation of the discovery, form end function of this post-circle sun calendar. Arrive by 6:45 a.m.
Lewis & Clark Point of Departure
Come and commemorate the departure of the Lewis and Clark expedition from Camp River Dubois. View life in 1803-1804 as the men prepare for their departure and re-enactors portray military life. On the grounds are craft exhibitors demonstrating early American skills, woodworking, candle making, marching drills, cooking and shooting demonstrations.
Birds of Prey at the Lewis & Clark Confluence Tower
Bald eagles aren't the only raptors that make the region their home. Find out what other raptors live in the area during a live meet and greet with raptors from TreeHouse Wildlife Center. The Lewis & Clark Confluence Tower will open at 9:30 a.m. with the Birds of Prey show from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
