Lincoln's Ghost Walks - Legends and Lore
Take a 90-minute nighttime tour of sites throughout Springfield that are linked to spirited stories about Lincoln’s life and death. Founder Garret Moffett based the tour partly on local lore about Lincoln’s visions and dreams, as well as on reported ghost sightings.
To Kill and to Heal: Weapons and Medicine of the Civil War
The exhibit covers Civil War weaponry, its evolution and the adaptation of medicine for the wounds caused by these weapons. Artifacts & vignettes include guns, explosives, diseases, wounds, medical personnel, ambulance corps and anesthetics.

114th Infantry Regiment Flag Lowering Ceremony
The Regiment, in authentic Civil War uniforms, demonstrates drill movements and performs a beautiful flag-lowering ceremony in front of the Lincoln Tomb. The flag is presented to a member of the audience. Ceremony every Tuesday evening.
Cruise Nite and Classic Car Show

Annual Ice Cream and Dessert Social, held on the lawn of the Governor Joseph Duncan Mansion. Presented by the Reverend James Caldwell Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Suggested donation includes cake, ice cream and beverage. All proceeds to benefit the renovation of the Duncan Mansion.
