Reporting for Duty: The WWII Vehicle Experience
Join the First Division Museum for a one of a kind event. You will get the opportunity to experience the vehicles that soldiers used in World War II. The Museum's professional staff will teach you about the vehicles and let you get inside each vehicle to start your day. During the day, you will learn about and handle the weapons used by American and German forces during the war. We will also show you how the medics treated and transported casualties in the field. Everyone will be served a World War II style lunch. You will then finish your day by going on a convoy in the Museum's World War II vehicles. Participants will receive a personalized dog tag and an event t-shirt. The session is 5 hours long, and lunch will be served at 12 noon. Advanced registration is required. All participants must be 18 years or older. There is a significant amount of physical activity involved in this program.

The Stadium at the Ballpark
The Stadium at the Ballpark at Rosemont is the 2,000-seat home of the Chicago Bandits, the 2011 NPF World Champion women's softball organization, East Leyden High School's girls softball team and the Rosemont School's boys and girls softball team. It is located on the west side of 1-294, and is the first facility of its kind in the nation built expressly for women's professional sports. The team plays 25 home games a year, from June through August.

Holly Days, sponsored by the Warrenville Park District is the City's annual holiday celebration that marks Santa's official entry into Warrenville. The event will feature zombie make-up, a pub crawl, food and an after-party designed to rival even your fondest memories of Thriller. The "walking dead" will be led on a ravaging tour between 12th Street Rag, Commodore Berry VFW Post, Paparazzi, Friendly Tap and FitzGerald's Nightclub during the pub crawl. FitzGerald's will host the catered after party. In the true spirit of the un-dead, zombies will proceed between venues in silence. Once the crawl is over, zombies can resume their search for brains at their favorite Berwyn haunts until the late hours of the evening!
