Each summer, Montgomery Fest brings together neighbors and friends from throughout the area to enjoy a weekend of old-fashioned family fun. Held the second weekend in August along the banks of the Fox River, highlights of the Fest include musical performances, carnival rides, a wide range of food vendors, free pony rides and petting zoo, a fishing derby, a car show and a parade.
Adams County Fair

Art in Motion - Art Show & Sale

"Nothing's Sweeter than a Child"
LaSalle County CASA (court appointed special advocate) is sponsoring it's 8th annual "Nothing's Sweeter than a Child" chocolate sampling and auction event. We have 20+ vendors who allow unlimited sampling of their chocolate delights. Music is provided and a silent and live auction are part of the event. There is cookie decorating and face painting for the children. Proceeds enable our volunteers to continue their one-on-one work with abused and neglected children. Attendance is 600+, location is at Celebrations 150, 740 E. U.S. 6 in Utica from 1-4pm. A program listing all auction items is also provided.

7th Annual Rock 4 Autism
This year we have five bands, 50/50 raffles, live onsite painting by a local artist; a drum circle for kids, face painting, a bounce house, a beautiful silent auction and live auction items throughout the day. Not to mention an amazing lineup of talented musicians and bands to entertain us throughout the day! Music lovers will find music-related artwork, concert tickets, a signed guitar, as well as live private party shows with a couple of the participating bands. The auction is rounded out by items including carpet cleaning services, dental whitening procedures, boat rides, Cub tickets, wine git baskets, children's baskets, food baskets, handmade jewelry, and restaurant certificates. Rock4Autism 2015 will benefit The Bancroft School this year!
Quiz Quest with The Trivia Knights
Quiz Quest with The Trivia Knights is an interactive night of games and music. Quiz Quest is the only live game show in town. You will get the chance to go up and be a contestant and prove your mettle in front of all your friends. It is unlike any trivia you have ever played before. Questions, Physical Challenges, and even interactive music trivia! The Trivia Knights was founded in 2014 by five people with a passion for great music. Their mission is to trigger those memories of joy that only great music can do. The band covers a variety of classic rock spanning from the 60's to the 90's. They also are an integral part of the game show.

Naperville Park District Road Rally
Looking for adventure? Grab your neighbors and friends to create a team of four adults per vehicle. You will get a map and bag of clues; you'll need teamwork, logic and luck to stay on track. Some clues are helpful while others are designed to throw you off course. This exciting and somewhat physically challenging four-hour scavenger hunt on wheels will test your mind, body and teamwork, so put on your thinking caps and start your engines! At the completion of the rally, teams meet for an awards presentation and socialize at a pizza dinner. This fun-filled event is coordinated with the Bolingbrook, Lisle, Naperville and Woodridge Park Districts. Space is limited. Woodridge Park District Community Center, 2600 Center Drive, Woodridge. Bluegill Music Festival
March 16, 2015 - Bluegill Music Festival will lunch its inaugural event on July 4, 2015 for a one-day festival packed with some of country music's hottest acts. The all-day festival will be complete with Southern Illinois' largest fireworks display, along the shores of the Rend Lake Dam, in Benton, IL. The lineup includes Eli Young Band, LoCash, Clayton Anderson and more exciting acts to be announced. Tickets will go on sale this Friday, March 20th and can be purchased at www.bluegillfest.com and at Black Diamond Harley Davidson. Drawing fans from around the country, including Illinois, Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee and Indiana, the festival is at the intersection of some of the nation's most dedicated country music fans. Bluegill Music Festival will feature nationally recognized BBQ vendors from around the country. Interactive entertainment for fans will also include activations, like: bags, washers, bubble soccer, Illinois longest slip n' slide, helicopter rides from Black Diamond Harley Davidson, a mechanical bull, a kids area with a large inflatable slide and the "Bluegill Lagoon", featuring a 60 x 100' VIP beach, with cabanas, private wading pools & lounge area.
