Kimmer’s Ice Cream is the brainchild of Kimmer Elam, who fell in love with ice cream as a little girl, and never looked back. Now she is sharing her love with you, inventing new gourmet flavors and making classic favorites fresh and homemade daily.

Whether you want an exotic scoop of Aztec Hot Chocolate, a decadent bowl of Red Velvet Cake or a kid’s cone of vanilla decked with rainbow sprinkles, your taste buds are sure to tingle! We offer several flavors every day, and welcome your ideas, We never stop inventing, perfecting and testing, so you’ll discover favorites and new finds every time you visit!

Kimmer’s Keeps it Real! We’re not just Sparkly… we’re the Real Deal! We use only fresh dairy ingredients from very happy local cows, and locally-sourced natural flavors you can pronounce, including fresh fruits, nuts, syrups and extracts, as well as cookies and brownies from Moveable Feast Geneva, and espresso from neighboring Arcedium Coffee in St. Charles. Every flavor is hand-crafted in small batches and frozen right here, so you know it’s good and fresh!
