A 1930s landmark, the Heart Theatre is located across the street from the old Effingham County Courthouse. The cream and maroon terra-cotta tiles are a perfect foil for the neon and marquee lights. While the theatre itself is no longer in operation, it a staple of Downtown Effingham.
