The Arcada Theatre is a historic theatre dedicated to being a true showcase of the Arts. Our main goal is to provide St. Charles, the Fox Valley Area, and the Chicagoland Area a wide variety of arts and entertainment.
The Arcada Theatre Building is a theater in St. Charles, Illinois located on Main Street (which becomes North Avenue (Chicago) further eastward). The theatre was opened on Labor Day, September 6, 1926, engaging projection of silent movies and the staging of live vaudeville acts. Except for brief periods of renovation, it has remained continuously open. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. As one of the Midwest’s top live music venues, this 900-seat 1926 theatre features some of the most exciting entertainers in show business. Recent performers include Bret Michaels, UFO, Paul Anka, Chris Isaak, Kenny Loggins and Pat Benatar. Premium bars, free parking, special event rentals and group discounts available.
