Since opening its gates in June of 1999, Crestwood's Standard Bank Stadium has been a true staple of Chicago's Southland community. As home to the Frontier League's Windy City ThunderBolts' independent professional baseball team, Standard Bank Stadium has welcomed over 1.4 million fans and continues to provide wholesome, family fun for all ages. With a fixed seating for 2,599 fans, the ballpark also has additional seating in multiple areas to accommodate large groups. The Chicago Bandits are a women's professional softball team based in Rosemont, Illinois. Since the 2005 season, they have played as a member of National Pro Fastpitch (NPF). The Bandits won the 2008 NPF championship, defeating the Washington Glory in the final game of the championship series. The team won their second NPF championship following the 2011 season when they won the championship series two games to none over the USSSA Pride. Following the 2015 season the team won its third NPF championship defeating the USSSA Pride two games to none. They play their home games at Rosemont Stadium in Rosemont, Illinois.
The 2015 football season will mark the 50th Anniversary of Northern Illinois University's Huskie Stadium, the on-campus facility that has been the site of 163 wins by the NIU football team over the last 50 seasons, four MAC Championship teams and many of the greatest players in school history. Dedicated on November 6, 1965 with a 48-6 NIU win over Illinois State on Homecoming, the stadium was named Huskie Stadium in 1974 as part of NIU's 75th Anniversary celebration. On August 28, 2003, the facility was rededicated as Brigham Field at Huskie Stadium in honor of the late Dr. Robert J. Brigham, an institutional icon who carried the school's colors for more than 50 years as a student-athlete, assistant coach, head coach, director of athletics, and special assistant to the president before his retirement in June 2001. The facility has also been the site of NIU field hockey and soccer matches, high school football games, including the 2013 & 2015 Illinois High School Association Football Championships, drum corps competitions, community events and even weddings.

Charlotte West is a Stadium built for champions. During its eight years of existance, the stadium has played host to three MVC Softball Championship and one NCAA Regional Championship. The SIU Softball Team alone is nationally ranked and an overall treat to watch. Murphy’s Rooftop offers the most intimate setting among the Wrigley Field rooftops. You may recognize it as the rooftop adorned with the Harry Caray lighted sign. The rooftop holds just 75 guests and is perfectly situated just beyond the bleachers, giving you a ballpark vibe without the big crowds and long lines. Plenty of food and beer are just a few steps away. And as a bonus, Murphy’s Bleachers is located right below—a Wrigleyville institution that’s been a favorite hangout not just for Cubs fans, but also for many Cubs players over the years.
