Vaughn Athletic Center and Indoor Water Park
The Vaughan Athletic Center is dedicated to fitness excellence with quality equipment and programs designed to offer members the best value for their fitness dollar. The newest facility in the Fox Valley Park District is the Vaughan Athletic Center located on Indian Trail near Orchard Road on the far west side of Aurora. The Vaughan Athletic Center features 225,000 square feet of athletic, fitness, and aquatic fun. The Vaughan Athletic Center is home to an aquatic center with three indoor pools. The aquatic center offers lap swimming, diving boards, warm water therapy, swim lessons, and aquatic fitness classes. In addition, there is an indoor water park featuring two water slides, a lazy river, and spray and play areas. In the Vaughan Athletic Center’s 10,000-square-foot, full-service fitness center, members can use a wide variety of equipment, attend the Fox Valley area’s best group exercise classes, and receive personalized, one-on-one help from certified trainers. This year-round indoor water park has tube slides, zero-depth entry and interactive water play.
ThunderHawk Golf Club
This public golf facility, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., is one of the most challenging courses in the Chicago area. This 18-hole, par 72 c golf course is nestled on 241 acres of beautiful forest, marsh and prairie. This is the first public course in the United States to achieve Audubon Signature Sanctuary certification. Banquet facilities to accommodate a wide range of group sizes from small private outings to a full-course tournament. Unlike the other rooftops, the Lakeview Baseball Club is a private club, which means you have to become a member to purchase rooftop tickets. Skybox on Sheffield is perched just inside Wrigley Field’s right field foul pole and offers spectacular views of the field just across the street. Renovated in 2011, Skybox on Sheffield offers four luxurious levels, including a three-tier outdoor roof deck, a lavish indoor clubhouse and 150 stadium seats. Guests will also enjoy a three-course menu served with an extensive beer selection from Goose Island.
Wrigley Field Rooftop Club
Located down the right field line, Wrigley Field Rooftop Club is one of the closest rooftops to home plate, and even closer than some seats in the ballpark. Built in 2008, this is one of the largest rooftop facilities overlooking Wrigley Field, offering over 9,000 square feet of space on three levels: the Rooftop Level, the Stadium Club Level and the exclusive MVP Suites, with a clear view of the game from each seat.

Their rooftop facility was built from the ground up specifically with group events in mind. The result is a state-of-the-art facility that offers your group a chance to watch the game, socialize in a climate-controlled bar or on private decks—all while taking in the game outside, through soaring windows, or on one of the many big-screen TVs.
Down the Line Rooftop
Down the Line Rooftop is perched along the first base line in right field, just 448 from home plate. You’ll have a stunning view of Wrigley Field and can mill about between two different levels that are home to bars, large-screen TVs and climate-controlled spaces. Picture windows in the bar just below the rooftop give you floor-to-ceiling views of Wrigley Field.
Sheffield Baseball Club
This brand-new rooftop facility features over 9,000 square feet of space when enjoying the Cubs game across the street. The rooftop offers stadium-style seating that gives you a complete view of Wrigley Field. Outside you’ll also find a large covered bar, umbrella-covered tables and plenty of plasma TVs. Large groups can also enjoy the game from two other levels: the stadium club and All-Star suite where you’ll find state-of-the-art amenities and upgraded food menus.

The rooftop offers stadium-style seating and covered outdoor areas as well as an interior climate-controlled clubroom that offers barstool seating and views of the game on plenty of HDTVs, including one in the floor.
Ivy League Baseball Club
This brand-new Wrigley rooftop was built from the ground up in 2010 to take advantage of the stunning views while also offering guests unparalleled comfort during the game. Five levels, the most of any Wrigley rooftop, provide many different ways to enjoy the game—from outdoor stadium-style seating atop the rooftop to three levels of indoor lounges. Each one is accessible by elevator and features its own restrooms, full-service bars with premium draft beers and wine, as well as their own food service.
Wrigley View Rooftops
Located just left of the third-base line, this rooftop offers a unique view of Wrigley Field. Your vantage point gives you a clear site line to home plate and a sweeping view of the bleachers and historic scoreboard in centerfield. Guests have access to four areas of this facility: Wrigley View Lounge, Stadium Club, Stadium Buffet and the outdoor Sky Deck where you’re rewarded with panoramic views of not just Wrigley Field, but also the city.
Today's Soldier Field comprises two distinct structures. There is classical stone-clad shell designed in the 1920s. Its contemporary interior is a 2003 retrofit designed specifically for the NFL's Chicago Bears. The original stadium seated 120,000. The new Soldier Field seats 61,5000 in a boldly asymmetrical steel and concrete bowl set within the confines of the original colonnades.
