Hailey’s Winery, established in 2009, specializes in handcrafted wines from grape varieties native to Illinois, as well as other varietals, and seasonal fruits. Owned and operated by two women, Hailey’s is a fully functioning winery, producing and bottling award-winning wines in Byron, Illinois location.
