Hutson Massacre Pageant

Category: EVENTS

The only outdoor presentation of its kind in the area. The pageant depicts the early settlers coming to what is now Crawford County and the forming of the town of Hutsonville. The town, township and creek were all named for the massacred first family, the Isaac Hutson's. Featuring also music and food - bring your lawn chairs. Pageant is free but a free-will offering will be taken. Event begins at dusk. Learn the history of Hutsonville, tour the museum, Hutson cabin, inn, country store, barn, loom room and Hutson Chapel.
