World's Largest Covered Wagon
The Railsplitter Covered Wagon, recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records as the largest covered wagon in the world, is located on the front lawn of the Best Western Lincoln Inn, near historic Route 66. A statue of Abe Lincoln reading a law book sits in the huge wooden wagon, which stands 24 feet tall.
Woodlawn Cemetery and Civil War Soldiers Plot
The first burial at Woodlawn Cemetery was that of a Union Soldier in 1861. The plot is the resting place for over 80 Civil War Soldiers. An interpretive sign provides history of the plot and a listing of the soldiers buried there. Also located here are Civil War era cannons. Several others buried outside of the Civil War Soldiers plot were contemporaries of Abraham Lincoln.

Weldon Springs State Recreation Area is a 550-acre state park located near Clinton, Illinois. It centers on Salt Creek and the impoundment of a tributary, Weldon Springs, to form Weldon Spring Lake, a reservoir.
Weibring Golf Club At ISU
The Weibring Golf Club is 18 holes, 6,915 yards and a par 71. The course offers cart rental and a pro shop with club rental. Extensively renovated in 2000, the course now accommodates approximately 28,000 rounds per year and hosts more than 100 tournaments and outings. Weibring Golf Club features 18 rebuilt greens and two practice greens, bentgrass tees and fairways, Bunker Guard erosion control and tour-quality Best Sand.

Veterans Point Memorial
25 tons of granite memorialize 1300 veterans from at least twenty-seven states with the message, "Freedom is not Free." Fifty Flags of Freedom fly the following holidays: Memorial Day, Flag Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Patriots Day, Veterans Day, and Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.

University Galleries of Illinois State University features both emerging and established artists, often those whose work has not been previously presented in a comprehensive manner. Built in 1865, Union School served rural Logan County for over 80 years. More than a museum, Union School is a hands-on learning center. Local history is displayed in old photographs and memorabilia. A year-round interpreter is available to enhance the visitor experience.
