Alto Clay Works
Alto Clay Work is the studio home of Stephen Grimmer. The pottery showroom is open Friday-Sunday, Noon to 5PM during Spring, Summer, and Autumn, and other times by appointment and by chance. Also offers ceramics classes for adults and children, resident artist studios, and a gallery for occasional exhibitions.

Preston Jackson - Artist
Mr. Jackson's acclaimed works of art can be found throughout the state of Illinois. Check his website for details. One of a family of ten children growing up in the small city of Decatur, Illinois, Preston Jackson became a storyteller and an artist at an early age. In his artwork he intends to deliver information about who we are, where we came from, and where we are headed. His training is in the field of metal fabrication, both steel and foundry cast metals, as well as in painting. The materials used most often in his pieces are cast bronze, steel, and stainless steel. His work tends to be narrative in nature, with emphasis on relating the details and personalities of our past.
Joann Goetzinger Studio and Gallery
A studio and gallery showing the art of Joann Goetzinger. Located in the heart of Downtown Bloomington, the gallery features many of Joann's exhibits made of wood, metalworking sculpture and newer to the gallery is her paintings.
University Galleries of Illinois State University features both emerging and established artists, often those whose work has not been previously presented in a comprehensive manner. University Galleries is open year-round: daily throughout the academic year and Monday-Saturday during the summer. All exhibitions and events are free and open to the general public. Angel Ambrose Fine Art Studio and Creative Space
You will find a large selection of paintings, gift items, prints, and cards that feature Angel's unique ability to capture unseen concepts and make them visually consumable. She often paints lyrical landscapes using evocative color to allude to idyllic beauty. Writing and speaking developed out of her deep desire to communicate. Speaking is a natural overflow of Angel's passion to communicate, utilizing both her visual vocabulary and words.
Harold Gregor Gallery
Harold Gregor Gallery features the paintings of artist Harold Gregor in four modes: realist panoramas, colorful aerial flatscapes, energetic abstract "trail" paintings and vibrascapes.
Merwin & Wakeley Galleries
The Merwin and Wakeley Galleries provide exhibition schedules that support Illinois Weseyln University's curriculum, the University community and the general public. Each exhibition, consisting of contemporary artworks in all media, is meant to suggest the variety of visual approaches one may choose to present an idea.

Accessible Art Gallery supports the arts, with an emphasis on the visual, through the provision of a venue for promoting, exhibiting, experiencing, marketing and creating diverse, high quality art and through participation in the local community.
Eaton Studio and Gallery
Eaton Studio & Gallery exhibits and sells the work of local artist Herb Eaton in a 1902 historic building in downtown Bloomington. The paintings, sculptures and drawings reflect the artist's interest in the local rivers, cornfields, gardens, circus, and music scenes. The Gallery hosts art salons, jazz and acoustic musical and theatrical events and sponsors cultural discussions focused on local community interests. Open most Saturdays 10am-2pm, by appointment, special events, and during 1st Fridays 5-8pm.
Main Gallery 404
Established in April of 2008, Main Gallery 404 provides downtown location for many local artists to display and sell fine artwork and gifts. The Bloomington-Normal area is rich with talented artists. MG 404 gives these artists the much needed opportunity to make his or her work visible
Historic Normal Theater
Located in Uptown Normal, the Normal Theater originally opened in 1937 and was the first movie theater in Bloomington-Normal built specifically for sound films. An Art Deco showplace built with streamline design, the Normal Theater has been completely restored to its original condition. It now operates as a film center, showing classic films on the big screen as well as independent and world cinema titles. In addition, the theater is used for a wide variety of non-film events and is available for rentals where assembly seating is required.

The Legacy Walk
The Legacy Walk is a dynamic outdoor LGBT history exhibit in the "Lakeview" neighborhood of Chicago. Presently, along the half mile of the North Halsted Street Corridor, between Belmont Avenue and Grace Street, ten (10) pairs of 25'-tall decorative "Rainbow Pylons" define the nexus of Chicago's LGBT community. Affixed to the pylons are a series of bronze memorial plaques commemorating the life and work of notable lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender individuals whose achievements have helped shape the world

Northern Illinois University Art Museum
NIU Art Museum’s mission is to service the arts curriculum at NIU and to extend arts education and cultural enrichment to the community. The Museum has a permanent collection of 1,000 art pieces and also hosts visiting exhibitions. The Jack Olson Gallery is “the cornerstone of exhibition programming” that is promoted by NIU School of Art. This exhibit space brings thought provoking exhibitions to the northern Illinois community while also offering faculty and students a space to showcase their latest creative endeavors.
