10th Annual Pilot's Reunion
Aviation enthusiasts opportunity to visit with old time pilots and view pilot and plane memorabilia. Over 300 private pilots trained in Stockton at a country airstrip from 1930-1960. Jake Rausch will present on the Eighth Air Force out of Tibethan AFB in Norwich, England.

An outdoor wine festival in Galena's picturesque Depot Park along the Galena River. Elegant wines produced by family owned northern Illinois wineries will be showcased, complimented by local artists' exhibits, and performances by various local musical ensembles.
Fever River Adventure Triathlon
Test your endurance with a 6-mile paddle, 17-mile Bike and 3.1-mile run through the Galena River and trails. Individual or 3 person relay teams. Proceeds benefit the Special Olympics of Illinois.

Orangeville Education Foundation 5K Trail Run
October 3, ORANGEVILLE EDUCATION FOUNDATION 5K TRAIL RUN. Richland Creek Trailhead, 8 am. Join in a 5K run on the Jane Addams Trail to benefit the Orangeville schools. The scenic route follows Richland Creek; it is a flat, out and back course on a crushed limestone surface. Refreshments after the race for participants, plus door prizes, goody bags and more.
