Torment at Twelve Hundred
This theatrical haunted attraction will engulf all the senses with a magnitude of fears. The trail through the woods leading to Dr. E. Vilstien’s secret laboratory and Hidden View Sanatorium will make you scream and run for your life. Not recommended for 12 year olds and younger. Open toed shoes and high heels are prohibited! Torment at Twelve Hundred bids you to see what new horrors await. Open: 3-5 10-12 17-19, and 24-26 and October 31. Hours: 7pm to 10pm. Admission is $13.00 per person.

More Fun on 81 – 180th Andover Anniversary Celebration
Civil war reenactment will line Lake Andover offering a glimpse into the past. An antique and lawn and farm tractor show will be held at the museum grounds. Gather for the concerts and grab a bite to eat from one of the many food vendors to choose from. Artisans and craft vendors will be featured throughout the grounds. Kids will enjoy the fishing derby. Remember our veterans and participate in a Salute to Veterans.

Joy of Christmas Service
This beautiful Christmas service is one you won’t want to miss. It begins in Andover’s Augustana Lutheran Church and concludes by walking to candlelit Jenny Lind Chapel for communion. The service features special choral and instrumental music by Augustana College students and faculty. Refreshments follow the service at Augustana Church. Service begins at 7:30pm.

Most are for sale, so–give yourself the ultimate challenge and wrestle a giant out in our 20-acre pumpkin patch–or just point at one that’s been pre-picked at the farmstand. We’ll help with the wrestling, weighing and toting. Fall fun park, hayrack rides, corn cannons, our famous “Cow Train” barrel train, “Mining for Gems” ,bounce house, and Kids’ Corn Maze. Have you ever seen pumpkins fly at the speed of sound? Watch the Q-9 pumpkin cannon – always shooting for a world record, or pick and shoot your own pumpkin. Distance and accuracy competitions are held twice daily.
Fort Obie Rendezvous and Living Hitory Encampment
Visit the old world featuring a tipi encampment, black powder shoots, pre-1840 demonstrations, bow-shoots, tomahawk and knife throwing, primitive fire-starting, and 1840 trade goods. Open: 10am to 5pm on Saturday, and 10am to 3pm on Sunday. Admission $2.00 per person.
Saukie Golf Course
This golf course is a stunning example of a golf course designed from the early part of the 20th century. Saukie was built in 1927 (opened in 1928) and designed by Thomas Bendelow. This public course is considered to be an “executive length" course and is a classic example of a short course that will challenge every golfer. Tee times available 6 a.m to 6 p.m.

Andover and Andover Lake Park will glow with decorations. Stroll on walkways marked by luminaries or ride in a horse-drawn wagon. Andover Christmas Julotta
For over 160 years this early morning (6:30 a.m.) service has been held at Augustana Lutheran Church. The service is held in a setting similar to that used by the Swedish congregation in 1870. The choir sings a Swedish anthem and the service is in English. Candles in the pews, altar and windows illuminate the sanctuary. Service begins at 6:30am.
