Mennonite Relief Sale
This two day auction features locally handcrafted furniture, quilts, and other handmade items. There will also be a children's auction and train ride. Bake sales and food vendors help round out the event. Proceeds from the two day event go to help those in need in the community and around the world.
Annual Arthur Quilt Show & Quilt Auction

Strawberry Jam Festival
A festival of strawberry-related activities and events. This includes special sales promotions throughout the Arthur area. A strawberry social is held in conjunction at the Otto Center south of town. Strawberries are available for purchase and there will be limited giveaways during the festival. Lots of entertainment and activities, including the bands Battle Creek, Gunny Sack Revue and Deep Water.

Free electronic recycling will be available via a "donation" to Seguin Services. Bounce Sports will be offering free use of their batting cages from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for those that attend the sale! The event will take place in Berwyn's Depot District in the Municipal Parking Facility between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 7th.
Christmas Market "Julmarknad"
The holiday festivities in Bishop Hill begin with Julmarknad, or Christmas Market. This event is based on Scandinavian customs dating back to the Middle Ages when farmers and artisans would gather in the village squares to sell their wares. Bishop Hill businesses will be offering unique gifts, handmade wares, antiques, quilts, collectibles, baked goods, delicious foods, and Swedish imports. Scandinavian foods such as herring, lutfisk, and rye bread are also in abundance. Select from a large array of delicious holiday cookies, homemade by community bakers on Friday and Saturday.

Bishop Hill Clay and Fiber Fest
Interact with skilled potters and a variety of fiber artists during this two day event. Artists are featured in an indoor/outdoor classroom at Bishop Hill's Prairie Arts Center. Potters of all levels will demonstrate wheel throwing and hand building techniques, the Native American art of horse hair pottery, pit and raku firing processes and more. Learn weaving, spinning, rug hooking and broom making. Make and take activities will be conducted both days. Jansson 5, a Bishop Hill-based group, will entertain with their diverse musical style in the village park Saturday afternoon, and an old-fashioned pie and ice cream social will be held there, too. Saturday evening, a soup supper takes place in the Bishop Hill Colony School. For $10, attendees can pick out a hand-thrown bowl, fill it with homemade soup, and take the bowl home afterward.

Southern Illinois Hunting and Fishing Days
The 26th Annual Southern Illinois Hunting and Fishing Days will be held at John A Logan College. It is the largest celebration of Hunting and Fishing Day in the country. This 200+ vendor show offers something for the whole family. Bass Fishing and Crappie seminars, catfish contest, Goose calling contests, Dock Dogs competitions, retriever demonstrations and a kids fishing hole are just a few of the activities throughout the weekend.
Cedarville Summer Celebration
The 10th annual Cedarville Summer Celebration is a collaborative effort by the Village of Cedarville, Cedarville Lions Club and RAMP. There will be free hot dogs, chips and soda starting at 5 pm. There will be demonstrations by Cedarville Fire Department, games for kids, a vendor market, and Cake Walk. There is no charge to attend the event, but there will be charges for individual games.

Effingham Artisan Fair
Downtown is transformed into an art gallery with works from over 40 artists, on display for purchase. Artwork for sale includes oil paintings, pottery, jewelry, and sculptures. Several artists will demonstrate their craft at the event. As part of the event, the Artisan Fair features wine and beer tasting. There will be approximately ten regional wineries and several different craft beers available for tasting. This event will open from 12 – 5 p.m. Other activities include the 5K Run and Walk, Kids Korner, sidewalk chalk art, “Can Do Art,” food fair (including Gabby Goat, IGA, Sausage Haus, Doris Yoder's Kitchen, The Cookie Jar and Tropical Sno) and live musical entertainment at the gazebo. The Historic Court House Museum will be open for tours.
Moccasin Creek Festival
Moccasin Creek Festival is an annual 3-day music festival, which typically celebrates other arts and crafts as well. It takes place at beautiful Lake Sara in Summit Township, just west of Effingham, Illinois. The founder of Moccasin Creek Festival is Bill (Poss) Passalacqua, an Effingham native who has built his life around writing, performing and promoting music. Folk, bluegrass, alternative country, roots rock, and blues - "Americana" music. This is what MCF is all about - in an outdoor setting, using a venue with great acoustics, at a beautiful time of year.

46th Annual Threshing Show and Antique Show
The Stephenson County Antique Engine Club proudly presents this annual event, "The Freeport Show". It offers over 300 antique steam and horse-powered engines, equipment, and gas engines. This year's feature is Allis-Chalmers. There will be a huge parade daily at 1 pm, a large flea market, a large display building offering home antiques, crafts, demonstrations, and farm miniatures, Gasoline Alley featuring The Rawleigh gas engines, sawmill, and blacksmith shop. There will be threshing demonstrations with both steam and gas tractors, and working demonstrations throughout the show grounds. Also, ride the Silver Creek and Stephenson Railroad antique steam train. Great food is offered. Don't miss the Farmer's Hitch Class, Horse Pull or the Midwest Championship Antique Tractor Pull.

The juried fine art show will feature a wide variety of fine art in many media available to purchase: photograph, ceramics, fiber/paper, glass, mixed media, painting, sculpture, wearable art and more. Admission includes both entrance to the garden for the day and that evening's Woodsong, Klehm's outdoor concert series, starting at 6:00pm.
North American Vintage Decoy and Sporting Collectibles Show
