As many as 25 individuals currently help with the production process including the mixing, packaging, and labeling of our unique and flavorful pastas, soups, breads, and sauces. We carry 20 flavors of fettuccine and linguine: garlic and herb, sun-dried tomato basil, habanero, spinach, lemon pepper, sweet basil champagne, and many more. We carry five flavors of angel hair, four flavors of whole wheat, seven flavors of glutenfree, ten different sauce flavors, 15 different soups and breads, and eight different dipping oils

The Chicago Bandits are a women's professional softball team based in Rosemont, Illinois. Since the 2005 season, they have played as a member of National Pro Fastpitch (NPF). The Bandits won the 2008 NPF championship, defeating the Washington Glory in the final game of the championship series. The team won their second NPF championship following the 2011 season when they won the championship series two games to none over the USSSA Pride. Following the 2015 season the team won its third NPF championship defeating the USSSA Pride two games to none. They play their home games at Rosemont Stadium in Rosemont, Illinois.

Calhoun County communities join together to share the beauty and history of quilts that have been in local families as far back as the 1800s. There are over one hundred (100) quilts on display in the various locations. A brief history of each quilt will be provided so visitors can appreciate the craftsmanship and stories that are uniquely associated with them. Country Lights Soy Candles started making candles as a hobby in 1999. At first, the candles were a soy/petroleum mix. After some experimenting, we were happy to go to a 100% soy candle. It did not take long for us to realize that soy candles were becoming very popular. Our "factory" is located on our family's Centennial Farm in north central Illinois. All of the candles are hand poured by family members.
Today the old tavern has taken on a new life, yet still with the same spirit. Emmit’s owners, Kevin Doherty and Ron Halvorsen (both firemen) re-opened the bar in July of 1996. With hard work, both renovating and becoming established, these gentlemen have brought back the nostalgia, creating a new Irish Pub with great spirit, great food and more wild times to come.
Approximately 200 music majors and several hundred additional IWU students participate in music activities at Westbrook Auditorium throughout the school year.
