Steam Shovel Coffee uses fair trade Arabica coffee beans that are roasted in a hot air roaster with temperatures reaching 465 degrees. Miller's goal is to become a regional roaster in Southern Illinois. He wants Steam Shovel Coffee to be a good, smooth cup of coffee.
