This campground on Kinkaid Lake is open year round. There are 81 permanent sites available for annual rental. There are 20 sites with electricity, water, and sewer, plus 40 tent sites. There is also a snack bar.

There are also guided tours of the 1800 Creole House, which was designed in the French-American Transitional Architecture style.
