Fox Creek Vineyards
A unique hands-on winery dedicated to the production of premium fine wines in the germanic styles of the masters. Our wines, both berry fruit and grape, are intended to express the pure natural attributes of the fruit with minimal interference of the winemaker. Which means, very little oaking, no added tannins, very discrete fining, and the purest of yeasts. Of course,we will occasionally take a flight of fancy and ferment a Honeysuckle or a Banana-chocolate-caramel wine for the novelty of it. We love to discuss wine making techniques with our guests at the tasting room and showcase our unique products.
