The Night Market will provide artists, growers and artisan food producers who work 9-5 jobs with an opportunity to sell their wares at a mid-week Market. There are many on-site amenities that will be enjoyed by vendors and shoppers alike, including live bands from 6:00- 9:00 p.m., great food and drinks, restrooms, and electricity for vendor booths. The Night Market place every Wednesday night in the warehouse behind Elijah P's Burgers and Brews.
Enjoy this year's Jersey County Historic Society's Annual Apple Fest. Throughout the day, visitors can browse craft booths, demonstrations, quilt raffle, kettle corn and children's games. Children will have an opportunity to fish in the Bluegill Pond before learning about owls and other creatures you may hear at night in the largest state park in Illinois. A 2-mile night hike will follow. A hot dog and marshmallow roast is scheduled after the walk. Please bring one flashlight per family and refreshments and drinks will be provided.
