We brew our beer on a 25 HL mash filter system. Our system has a decoction kettle for making traditional German lagers. We brew crushable lager and wheat beers on our system, and then put that beer in 12 oz cans for you to put in your fridge at home. We have a beautiful taproom which overlooks the brewery floor and offer tours from our taproom periodically.
Adjacent to Hamburger Mary's, we’ve been brewing craft beers in Andersonville since 2009, making us the oldest operating “nano-brewery” in Chicago (basically, that’s just a fancy term for a really small brewery). What started as a hobby in the corner of a sports bar has turned into a 200+ barrels/year (400 kegs) operation, with as many as eight of our brews on tap at any given time. So whether you are in the mood for a golden ale (like our Blonde Bombshell), something hop-heavy (try our rotating IPA), or a barrel-aged or sour stout… we have something to satisfy all tastes.

The Weber House is decorated in a style reminiscent of a prosperous 18th century home. As was the custom, decorations are homemade from greens, pine cones, fruits, flowers and assorted sweets. The Christmas trees, although common today, are not historically accurate. They did not come on the scene until Queen Victoria. And then they were small table top trees. So come on in and see Christmas of long ago.
