2012 Libertyville Days Festival

Brown County Fair
Fun and entertianment for all! Events include Little Mr. & Miss and Queen pageants, horse races, tractor pull, demo derby, food, carnival rides, livestock and expo building displays. The Whistle Stop Depot Museum and Ferguson School will be open each evening.

Skokie Festival of Cultures
Since its inception in 1991, the Skokie Festival of Cultures has become one of the premier ethnic festivals in Illinois, attracting more than 450,000 visitors and dozens of cultures, all representing Skokie's tremendous diversity. Attendees will take their free 'Tour of the World,' enjoying two days of ethnic folk music and dance, a wide range of food, unique arts and crafts, beer tasting, a merchandise bazaar, and dozens of cultural booths and displays.
Hickory Hills Street Fair
The Hickory Hills Street Fair is an annual event in town for over 25 years. It has a beer tent with entertainment; food booths and craft fair. There is also bingo and rides for the kids - something for everyone.
St. Donatus Feast & Carnival
107th Annual Feast & Carnival. All food homemade, no vendors; pizza, beef, clams, Italian, Mexican, and of course, carnival, rides & bingo. 6-10PM.
Four Rivers Art Fair
Explore the history and culture of the area and Pere Marquette State Park at this special art exhibition. Peruse and purchase original works from local artists, enjoy live music, wine tasting and restaurant favorites. There will be no booth fee for participating artists with a $200 cash prize being awarded the Best in Show. Artists who are interested in being a part of this event should email email@example.com with images of their work. The fair starts at 11:00 a.m. and will end at 4:00 p.m.
Herrick Lions Club 4th of July Celebration
Independence Day Celebration with a flag ceremony to kick things off. There are bands, entertainment, a parade, raffle , free carnival, and fireworks.
Chautauqua Days Celebration
Days of old come together for this festival brought back after many years. This festival showcases the historical Chautauqua auditorium, the centerpiece of Forest Park. There will be live entertainment from the Ozarks, local musicians, craft vendors, food, and more.

Stephenson County Fiber Art Fair
20th annual celebration of fiber and the fiber arts with workshops, demonstrations of spinning and weaving, vendors offering fibers for spinning plus finished yarn, dyes, books, gifts, equipment, handmade soap, and baskets. Also supplies for spinning, weaving, knitting, felting, dyeing, tatting and crochet. 9 am to 5 pm. Adults: $2; Children under 12: Free.
Carterville Free Fair
The 103rd annual Carterville Free Fair will include a Twilight 5K Run/Walk hosted by the Carterville Chamber of Commerce. Sponsored by the Carterville Lions Club, the fair will be Sept. 8 through Sept. 10 at Cannon Park Midway off Greenbriar Road. The event offers carnival rides, games, free entertainment, food and more. The annual free fair parade begins at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 10.

Sending out some love to all of the jewelers and jewelry lovers with this Highland Park, Illinois indoor festival November 18, 19 and 20; located at the Highland Park Country Club. This event is a free admission, free parking for the public.
Zion's Annual Nostalgia Days
Come out and enjoy the Annual Nostalgia Days Car Show and Cruize. Live music on Friday night and on Saturday. Also enjoy the antique and custom car show on and cruise on Saturday, outdoor movies, carnival, climbing wall, laser tag, food vendors, games and fun for everyone.
20th Annual Art in the Park
The 20th Annual Art in the Park is a juried show of fine art, craft, and design. The show features over 100 artists from the Midwest displaying works of ceramics, fiber, glass, jewelry, painting, photography, and more. Food vendors will be on site selling delicious snacks and treats. Elmhurst Art Museum will be open 10-5 both days of the show with free admission.
Easter in the Country
The 35th Annual Easter in the Country will be held at Sandwich schools south of Route 34 on Wells, Lions & Dayton Street. Stop by Sandwich to see beautiful crafts such as painted windows, lighted bottles, pop can jewelry, hair bows, porcelain flowers and handmade baskets. Shuttle service will be provided to each location, no strollers allowed. The $3.00 admission fee benefits the Sandwich School Music Association.
48th Annual Fair Diddley® 2016
The 48th Annual Fair Diddley® takes place on on the historic Woodstock Square. The square opens to pedestrian-only traffic as over 300 crafters line the streets, exhibiting their hand-crafted items. Join nearly 10,000 shoppers at this must attended event. Fair Diddley® is an outdoor event and takes place rain or shine.
