Adam Wainwright is a veteran Major League Baseball pitcher known for his distinguished career with the St. Louis Cardinals. A three-time All-Star, Wainwright earned a reputation for his clutch performances, particularly in post-season play, where he played a pivotal role in the Cardinal 2006 and 2011 World Series victories.

Beyond his on-field success, Wainwright is recognized for his leadership and philanthropy. Looking toward the future, Wainwright, having signed with FOX Sports and MLB Network as a color commentator for MLB broadcasts has set his talents not only toward the game but also music. He is best known for his lead roles as Henry Rowengartner in Rookie of the Year and as Kevin Meyers in the American Pie movies. He has also had lead roles in other known films including A Kid in King Arthur's Court (1995) and Stealing Sinatra (2003).

Musically, Nicholas self-released his debut album in 2008 and followed up with multiple album releases since then and has appeared on other songs with notable artists including Blue's Traveler.
