More than 30,000 people are expected at this annual 4th of July celebration featuring a 500-foot-long Wall of Fire and more.
Held every Saturday before the Fourth of July, the Arthur Freedom Celebration stages a massive fireworks show to rival any other display throughout the state. Crowds of over 30,000 flock to our town of 2,200 for a full day of festivities that features military fly-bys, softball tournaments, and a spectacular half-hour fireworks display.
The day begins with a parade downtown starting at 1 p.m., after which you can head to Jurgens Park to enjoy food and fun and get a good seat for the fireworks show—including the 500-foot-long "Wall of Fire."
