The 35th Annual Bald Eagle Watch takes place at Lock & Dam 13 in rural Fulton from 8:30 am – 2:30 pm. Our program is dedicated to the understanding, appreciation, and protection of our national symbol.

During the 35th Annual Bald Eagle Watch naturalists and volunteers will be on hand to share their enthusiasm and knowledge of these and other birds of prey. Guided eagle watching at Lock & Dam 13 takes place from 8:30am – 2:30 pm and exhibits and educational programs will be available from 10am – 1pm at Clinton Community College. Shuttle service will be available from Lock & Dam 13 to the college every half an hour from 9am – 1pm.

Hundreds of Bald Eagles visit the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife & Fish Refuge lands each year from late fall through early spring and Lock and Dam 13 is a prime eagle watch location all winter long.
