Tanglefoot Ranch is hosting an eclipse event.
Enjoy dinner after the eclipse. Cold drinks and snacks will be served during the eclipse. Also included in the package will be souvenirs, one of which will be a tshirt and glasses for eclipse viewing. The event is limited to 60 persons and is $96/person +.tax. Guests are encouraged to bring cameras, telescopes, etc. for viewing. Seating will be provided, but guests are welcome to bring lawn chairs or blankets. Handicap accessible, parking on premises, and indoor facilities.
The event will start early morning on the day of the eclipse and continue until after the meal. Alcoholic beverages will not be provided, but guests may feel free to bring their own wine. Tanglefoot Ranch will provide a way to chill wine and wine glasses. Tanglefoot Ranch is located on the eclipse viewing line in Pope and Johnson County. The viewing area is in Johnson County with a viewing time of 2 minutes, 40 seconds. The Ranch is a working farm with cattle, produce, crops, freshwater shrimp, event center and a peach orchard.
