Celebrate the longest day of the year with your Nordic friends. The traditional Swedish festival welcomes the arrival of the summer solstice.
The daytime festival features maypole dancing at noon, Swedish folk music, and shopping at MorMor's Attic. Swedish food is available at the Stockholm Inn pavilion. A children's area has crafts, face painting, storytelling, and games. Daytime admission is free.7 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Hall, 211 N. Main St.:The evening program is at 7 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Hall, featuring live music performed by ABBA Tribute Band. Enjoy food and beverages served by Prairie Street Brewhouse.
