Each year, members of the Will County Center for Economic Development and the Joliet City Center Partnership host a 1 day fest on the streets of downtown Joliet to kick off the NASCAR race weekend at Chicagoland Speedway.
Race Fan Rally is an annual single-day NASCAR fan fest held on the Wednesday before the Monster Energy Cup races at Chicagoland Speedway in September.
