The Shelbyville Festival of Lights in Forest Park is a self guided drive thru light festival.
Forest Park lights up during the holidays with themed vignettes, old favorites, and new displays each year. The historic Chautauqua Building is turned into a giant carousel. The light displays range from the North Pole, the Victorian era, dragons, fishing, and fun.
