Take a walk across the river to Paint the Pavement - Chalk Art Festival!
This free two-day street painting festival will include chalk artists of all levels, even professionals that travel the country for shows! All artists will create on both Saturday and Sunday. You can view the work in all stages of progress, from layout and design, to the amazing finished creations! In 2019 there were over 25 Artist that created pieces of art all along 1st Street in Downtown St. Charles.
