Landers House is located a half a block from charming downtown Utica, home of historic Mill Street.

They are country lodging in a truly unique setting geared to pamper. Landers House has four cottages with 2 person whirlpools, fireplaces, large bathrooms with two person showers, loft bedrooms with down filled bedding and sky lights, cable TV, CD Players, wet bars stocked with coffee and teas, glassware and dishware for two. Their suites and rooms are designed with our guests comfort in mind, as well as to indulge in your fantasies, revive your romantic nature and relax in a secluded atmosphere.
