At The Shrimp Barn we strive to make our food fresh and healthy. We have shrimp, fish, alligator, chicken, pasta, salads and sandwiches. We have Illinois wine. Yes we bread it fresh if that's the way you'd like or you can get it sauteed or grilled on a cast iron skillet!!! If you choose fried, we have a nice light breading that is cooked in 100% sunflower oil. Our honey stung chicken is out of this world!
