Hand selected to insure they meet strict standards for our quality including maturity, muscle firmness, color and texture. Then it is aged for additional tenderness, but with no loss of flavor. It is cut fresh in our store, several times daily, 6 days a week. Just like those fond memories from long ago we promise you the service and quality that those memories are made of.
