Breweries
The Tasting Room at Moody Tongue brings chef-driven beers, Michelin-minded service, and a focused food menu from the team that introduced culinary brewing.
Located alongside the Moody Tongue brewery in a historic former glass factory, the space exudes a mid-century modern atmosphere in an intimate yet open setting. Guests can enjoy year-round selections as well as specialty and barrel aged beers. Jared Rouben, Moody Tongue Brewmaster, has applied his culinary experience to curate a food menu with a single sweet item and a single salty item on the menu – German chocolate cake and fresh daily oysters.
