Hiking & Trails

Fee-based guide service providing adventures and memories hiking through the hidden wonders of the Shawnee National Forest. Experience its unique beauty!

Offering guided hikes for $45 per person. $35 per person for groups of 5-9 and $25 per person for groups over 10. Guided hikes through designated Wilderness Areas only are limited to a group of 10 people or less, including guide.

Providing a guide service to help others enjoy the wonders of the Shawnee National Forest allows me to share my appreciation and love for the wilderness that I grew up exploring. I also provide transport service for River to River hikers, canoeing/kayaking, etc. Contact me for details.

Hikes vary in length from 4-6 hours depending on where you want to explore. Hikers need to bring their own gear and supplies, including water and snacks, wear appropriate shoes for hiking, and be aware that some trails are classified as difficult. Trails in the SNF are multi -use and can include creek crossings, steep hills, rocky terrain, and exposed bluff tops.
