The land for Scripps Park was donated by the Scripps family. The park was the site of the homestead of the Scripps family, pioneers in journalism. All 18 holes are irrigated and provide consistent play from early spring to late fall. The course is long enough to be enjoyably challenging but easily accessible to walkers as well as cart players. You can purchase annual individual or family passes or pay by the round. Cart rental and a well stocked pro shop is available. The course can also accommodate groups and corporate outings.
