Since 2001, characters from Alton's past have come alive the in Alton City Cemetery during the annual Vintage Voices guided cemetery tour. Take the instrumental talents of classically trained Kuba Kawnik, add the beautiful vocal styles of Broadway vocalist Rebecca Lowe and we get the outstanding performance of Kubecca.
