Conveniently located in uptown Nauvoo, the Fudge Factory offers everyone a unique look at the old fashioned methods used to produce fine candies in days gone by. The cooked fudge is poured onto a cold marble table, then at just the right time it is stirred and worked around the table to make it extra creamy as it cools. Durell & Kathy Nelson have been residents of Nauvoo for more than 30 years. They have owned the Fudge Factory since 1999. “We are happy to be part of the Nauvoo Community. We love the spirit of Nauvoo and appreciate the friends we have in this wonderful city.
