The Art in the Park event celebrates the changing of the outdoor exhibition of sculptures in the RB&W Park Sculpture Walk & Outdoor Art Gallery.
The 2020 event will be held Sept 5th at the Riverfront RB&W Park and you are invited to join Rock Falls Tourism for the grand opening of the new sculpture exhibit.
Keeping safety in mind, the food trucks will be spread throughout the park, and they will be extending the hours of the event from 11a-6p to accommodate visitors throughout the day. There will be art, music, food, beer and wine.
Golf carts will be available for those who need assistance getting to and from the parking area. Due to current safety guidelines, event goers will be asked to wipe down their chairs and their spot at the table should they use them and wipes and hand sanitizer will be provided. Please remember to practice safe distancing guidelines and wear your chosen face covering.
The RB&W Park Sculpture Walk & Outdoor Art Gallery is also featured on the Otocast app that you can download to your smartphone and find the sculpture map, information on the artists, the sculptures, and hear the audio component for each sculpture from the artists themselves.
The Rock Falls Tourism Department promotes art beyond just sculptures and have included local artists of all mediums in the 2020 Art in the Park Sculpture Walk. Follow Visit Rock Falls on Facebook or visit our website for up to date information as it becomes available.
