Just off Interstate-70, the town of Casey springs to life with larger-than-life objects.
Quaint shops, delicious eateries and unique attractions! Casey is an adorable little town with friendly folks. perfect for a day trip or well deserved weekend getaway. With new businesses and big items being added every year. There is always something new to experience! Casey Illinois is home to certified world's largest items, which include: wind whime, rocking chair, mailbox, wooden shoes/clogs, golf tee, pitchfork, key, gavel, twizzle spoon, golf driver, barber shop pole, and teeter totter.
Other Big Items around town, that are a must see include: Bob the Minion, spinning top, rocking horse, toy glider, book worm, bird cage, ear of corn, pencil, yardstick, knitting needles, crochet hook, Wooden token, anvil, nail puzzle, big coin, mousetrap, horse shoe, cactus, pizza slicer, and deer antlers.
Also check out the workshop where they create the big things. Take in the Illinois American Softball Association Hall of Fame and the Historic National Road Information Kiosk. Visitors come for the attractions, but they stay for the atmosphere. Small town hospitality is everywhere you look from unique eateries to speciality shops. And of course all the Big Things.
