The mission of the center is to honor the memory and spirit of the Space Shuttle Challenger 51L crew by providing hands-on space exploration curriculum and center that enhances thinking skills and inspires those to meet the challenges of 21st Century
Challenger Learning Center aims to inspire students in the areas of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). Our school programs emphasize these four areas of study, and they give students a taste of how STEM can be applicable in a real-life scenario. It is our hope to spark the curiosity that may someday lead students to eventually pursue a career in a STEM-related field.
